Refund & Returns Policy – From The Trenches

At From The Trenches, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Free from stains, marks, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging where possible

Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn items
  • Items that have been washed
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as From The Trenches cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will organise a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item following our returns process.
