Shipping Policy – From The Trenches

At From The Trenches, we aim to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During new product launches, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may extend to up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

 

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping Times

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

From The Trenches is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
